A prompt stopped working after a model update? A parameter changed, or a fact went stale? The AI tools these prompts target move fast. If you spot something out of date, let us know — include the page URL and what you're seeing, and we'll check it within a few days.
Product support
Purchased a prompt pack and having trouble accessing your download? Email us with your Stripe order details and we'll sort it out. Billing questions can also be directed to Stripe Support.
Partnership & PR inquiries
We do cover tools we haven't been approached by, and we turn down sponsored coverage that would compromise our editorial independence. That said, if you're launching something genuinely relevant to creators, marketers, founders, or developers — a new AI tool, a model update, a data study — we're happy to hear about it. Please include a brief summary and any documentation in your first email; we don't schedule discovery calls before reviewing materials.
