Purchased digital products (prompt packs, templates, and other downloadable products) are licensed to you for personal, professional use only. One license = one user. You may use the prompts and templates in your own creative and business work without restriction. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the files to others
• Bundle the prompts into a competing product or training course without written permission
• Share download links publicly or with teams beyond a single-agent license

Product Terms — Stripe Purchases

Paid products are sold via Stripe. Stripe processes all payments securely; their Privacy Policy governs the payment transaction.

All products are digital downloads delivered immediately after purchase — there is no physical shipment. Because of the instant-delivery nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. If you experience a technical problem accessing your download (e.g., a corrupted file or a delivery failure), contact us within 14 days and we will re-deliver or issue a refund at our discretion. Refund requests based on change of mind after download delivery will not typically be honored, but we will consider genuine edge cases.
